FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves visually determining needed level of resection from the side of the vagina before executing operation. Liquid preparation like melted paraffin (at a temperature of 50 C) is injected laterally from two sides into the paravaginal fat by piercing vaginal wall. Paraffin hardens and serves as a reference mark showing the boundary of the uterine portion to be removed. EFFECT: excluded recidivation.
