FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves ligating infindibulopelvic, round and sacrouterine ligaments. Peritoneum is transected in exterior position from the ligated ligaments. Interior tibial muscle is transposed and its part deprived of serous membrane is sutured with transosseous sutures to the trepanation opening of the tibia. Peritoneum being transected, its free edges are displaced down- and outward. The uterus is quasi-enucleated from the peritoneal bed. The ligaments are transacted. Free sheets of the peritoneum are sutured together without tension. EFFECT: excluded ligament injuries; simplified operation method.
