FIELD: medicine; gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: carry out radical abdominal cervicectomy. Thus during mobilisation of uterine neck, allocate uterine arteries and veins from their discharge level from the system of internal ileal vessels. Descending branches of uterine vessels are dressed and crossed, and ascending arterial and venous branches are kept, allocating them to the level located on 2-3 mm above the area of internal uterine fauces.
EFFECT: method allows to provide adequate blood supply of uterus, to lower frequency of postoperative complications and to reduce risk of development of trophic disturbances of foetus during pregnancy.
