FIELD: medicine; medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis of joint has connecting unit tied with fitting member. The latter is hollow and symmetrical relating the axis. The fitting member is made of material being compatible with osseous tissue and has external thread. The fitting member is made for deformation of titanium. Surface of the fitting member has microscopic unevenness with diameter of 10-300 mcm. Holes with cutting edges are made onto the surface of fitting member. The fitting member has open entrance end. Thickness of the member's wall reduces gradually at the direction to its entrance end. There are longitudinal hollows with cutting edges at the area of entrance end. One end of the member expands gradually and is mounted in guide bushing being free of rotation. EFFECT: improved reliability. 13 cl, 10 dwg
