FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery and may be used in finger joint surgery. Instruments comprises a fixation frame for straight finger fixation for joint cylinder cutting, an alignment bushing and a guide drill which is movable in accordance with said structure and an ability to be attached in any reading position. The alignment bushing comprises a cylindrical main body to be inserted in a guide hole of the guide drill, a flange which is arranged on one end and extends peripherally, a centre intake for target connection and a pointer with a rotation axis.
EFFECT: ensured recovery of the joint bending and flexion function, particularly a proximal digital joint with maintaining a self-consistent contact position and interaction of fingers as related to the grasp function.
