FIELD: traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for full substitution of knee joint. The device has femoral component in the form of arc-shaped skids, tibial component with projections of ratchet gear and limiter, platform positioned between femoral and tibial components. On one side platform has hollows conjugated with femoral component skids and on the other, arc-shaped recess for limiter projection and recess for ratchet-gear projection between which jumper is placed. Device also includes locks for fastening of femoral and tibial components. Femoral component skids and platform hollows are conjugated over truncated cylindrical surfaces. Recess for ratchet-gear projection on platform is made as guide slit turning into tapered seat with rounded base. Ratchet-gear projection is provided with stop rigidly connected to it through collar. It is positioned along axis of symmetry of tibial component. Ratchet-gear projection is coupled loosely to guide slit to create transverse movements of tibial component relative to platform. It forms hinge at slit output for turning of tibial component relative to vertical. Selection of geometry and combinations of parameters of conjugated surfaces of platform, femoral and tibial components enables increase in physiological adequacy of knee-joint endoprosthesis in movements and in dynamics, as well as enhances operative reliability and durability.
