FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering vasoactive thrombolytic agents and performing extracorporal blood irradiation with helium-neon laser of low power with monochromatic coherent red light radiation at 630 nm wavelength. Laser radiation power is 2 MW/cm². Blood is taken from cubital vein of a patient under condition of 2 ml/kg of body mass into glass flask containing preservative solution. Then the blood is transfused to the patient at a rate of 40-60 drops/min applying blood transfusion system which one tube is brought through special slot in apparatus to be exposed to laser radiation. The treatment is repeated at least 3 times with 1-2 days pause to receive positive clinical result. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 dwg
