FIELD: biological purification of waste water at cattle-breeding farms and enterprises of processing industry. SUBSTANCE: waste water is loaded into a aeration tank where bacterial seeding material is added. Under aerobic conditions, activated sludge bacteria are cultured. Then water is separated from sludge and drained whereas new portion of waste water is loaded into the tank. During repeatedly carried out cycles, conditions are developed for selective growth of microorganisms by means of repeated alternating of regime of sufficient nourishment and regime of starvation of microorganisms. After cyclic treatment of waste water is finished, activated sludge obtained is transferred into industrial aeration construction for further utilization in waste water purification.
