FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: method consists in successively applying priming and bitumen-polymer compositions on concrete, cement mortar, ferroconcrete parts and constructions. Primer composition is 6-8% solution of petroleum-polymer resin in kerosene-gas oil fraction boiling off in the range 180-360 C, whereas bitumen-polymer composition contains (i) bitumen obtained by oxidizing to softening temperature (by ring and ball method) 85- 100 C of the mixture of residues of straight-run-vacuum distillation and a vacuum distillate with kinematic viscosity at least 8 cSt and (ii) petroleum-polymer resin in amount 4-6% based on bitumen weight. Adhesion of protecting coating to dry concrete surface is 0.97-1.0 MPa and that to water-saturated one 0.65-0.67 MPa. EFFECT: enhanced protecting efficiency. 1 tbl
