FIELD: construction material technology. SUBSTANCE: construction materials are covering layer-by-layer by corroding inhibitor 1-3% solution based on slow congealing carboxylic acid, salt of carboxylic acid, products of it interaction with amine in thermal gas-oil medium and paste made from bitumen and divinil styrol-thermostyrene oxidizing processing until softening will be detected by ring-and-sphere testing at temperature 75-95 C. Covering is making over ground coating of construction material surface. Intrinsic viscosity factor of paste divinyl styrol-thermostyrene filling must be equal to 1,4 and it content is determining by 3,0-5,0% with respect to bitumen mass. Paste- concrete attachment factor must be equal to 5.1-5.4 kg/cm2 for dry surface and 2.2-2.5 kg/cm2 for water saturated concrete. Paste-concrete inundation is determined as 0,28-0,32% for twenty-four hours. EFFECT: better paste-concrete attachment and less inundation. 1 tb
