FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves generating scan pulses and access signals enclosed in them in time, sending scan current pulses to muscle, saving voltage pulses related to access signals on the muscle, recording variable component of the voltage signal selected in this way, generating stimulation signals and access-blocking signals according to synchronization signals. The method involves producing stimulation signals as those based on access-blocking signals and stimulation signal cut-off is produced from access-blocking signal cut-off. Access signals generation is stopped during the phase a blocking signal is active. Synchronization signal and scan pulse fronts coinciding in time, access-blocking signal is produced after scan pulse is over. Access- blocking signal cut-off and scan pulse coinciding in time, the blocking signal cut-off is provided after the scan pulse ends. The device has high frequency filter, access-storage unit, matching unit and recorder, as well as scan pulses output unit, stimulation pulses output unit and control unit.
