FIELD: wood working. SUBSTANCE: tool has at least two round sawing blades 2,5 mounted on spindle 1 for axial movement and one or more milling cutters to make a board of width required. The circular saw is made so that the milling cutter is defined by members 3,4 secured to adjacent round blades 2,5 to permit the member to be controlled in the axial direction with respect to each other due to controlling a space between blades 2,5. Each member 3,4 of the cutter consists of one or some knives 6 and section 7 having a groove on its surface opposite to the adjacent member of the cutter and through opening for a spindle. As a result knives 6 of adjacent members 3,4 rotate coaxially over the same circumference, the member at different points of the cutting circumference being shifted.
