SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to woodworking, in particular to the production of clean-cut wooden products from logs. The first cut is allocated to the middle part by processing the outer sides of the log parallel to the vertical longitudinal median plane. Then the middle part of the log is divided by the second cuts into clean-cut wooden products. Moreover, the second cuts are performed at right angles to the vertical longitudinal median plane. The selection of the middle part of the log and its division into clean-cut wooden products is carried out sequentially in one pass in the direction of movement of the log. The first cutting tool is made in the form of two drum cutters located coaxially to each other. The second cutting tool is made in the form of circular saw blocks. Moreover, the drum cutters are installed with the possibility of adjustment relative to the average vertical longitudinal median plane in the direction of movement of the log. At the same time, the hooks of the drive closed circuit are used to push the log, and inter-disk spacers are installed between the disks of the block of horizontal saw blocks.

EFFECT: output of high-quality edged lumber increases within one production line.
