FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises applying titanium tetrachloride fixed on magnesium dichloride and compound of formula: (i-C4H9)RnNiCl•Al(i-C4H9)2Cl wherein R is butadiene, isoprene or allen and n is 3-10. Titanium to nickel atomic ratios are 0.34-6.20 and titanium to magnesium atomic ratios are 0.03-0.40. Titanium content is 0.07-1.00% based on 100% silicon dioxide.
