FIELD: manufacture of synthetic rubber and rubber mixes based thereof. SUBSTANCE: preparation of mixes of cis- and trans-polymers of conjugated dienes is carried out in one stage by polymerization of monomers in aliphatic solvent in the presence of catalyst based on transition metal compounds, or optionally organoaluminium cocatalyst. Catalyst is essentially oligodienyl nickel-aluminium or zirconium- aluminium complex applied onto inert substrate. Complex is obtained by reacting 1 mole part of nickel dichloride or zirconium tetrachloride with 3-6 mole parts of diene (butadiene, isoprene, piperidene and allene) and 3-6 mole parts of triisobutyl aluminium, and titanium tetrachloride fixed on magnesium dichloride or triphenylsilyl chromate. Method makes it possible to prepared homogeneous cis- and trans-polymer containing from 94% of trans-structure to 88 wt % of cis-structure without using stage for mixing final polymers.
