FIELD: sewing industry. SUBSTANCE: shuttle unit has friction surfaces with local permanent magnets set on friction surface edges. Lubricating medium, for instance magnetic liquid, is supplied to shuttle unit, which is provided with general-purpose magnetic flux source, with magnetic flux intensity being periodically decreased to provide retaining of lubricant in slot of shuttle unit the moment it passes through zone of rupture of bobbin-holder belt. Electromagnet with periodically decreased intensity of magnetic flux transmitted to bobbin-holder provides periodic lubricant supply to friction zone. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation by efficient lubrication of friction surfaces. 5 dwg
