FIELD: production of watertight sewing articles. SUBSTANCE: joint is adapted for joining surfaces of fabrics free of film cover and heat sealed by welded stitch. Thermoplastic tape is arranged between fabrics so that it projects beyond joining welded stitch for at least 1 mm. One fabric is folded along stitch and glued by means of thermoplastic tape to joint margins. Fabric edges are offset one with respect to another.
