FIELD: processing of wastes of the low and medium level of activity and conversion of solid and liquid wastes into chemically stable and subject to burning products and recycling of valuable components. SUBSTANCE: after plasma processing of wastes 34 in shaft 2, slag-metal melt 35 is collected in homogenization chamber 6 and heated by plasma flame 36 of plasma reactor 13 and electromagnet device 20 of source 23. Then, source 24 is engaged and slag-metal melt 35 is supplied through branch pipe 6 to centrifugal casing machine 27 with simultaneous feed through branch pipe 31 of ash from secondary combustion chamber 9 and filter 11 with formation of ingot 37. Then, ingot in container is placed into mold 38, and slime through branch pipe 32 is supplied to space 39 from cooling system 10 together with cement from mortar unit 33. EFFECT: higher radiation safety due to withdrawal of melt controlled by temperature and composition and production of hollow textured castings with utilization in them of secondary radioactive wastes. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
