FIELD: agriculture; gardening; hand implements. SUBSTANCE: cultivator has subsurface-tillage blades of the main and additional working tools with their sides spaced not more than 140 mm. The main working tool is located between two movable supports. The front support is a wheel, and the rear support is a set of thrust cylinders with sprockets secured on their side surfaces. The front wheel diameter is greater than the diameter of the rear support cylinders. The additional working tool is a trapezoidal furrow-making blade. A guide fixed in its base is a trapezoidal plate with its front part narrow and flat. Its back part is wider, and it is bent along the symmetry line. The back part ends with flanges. It is provided with a link for adjustment of its tilt angle. As the blade cuts out a horizontal trapezoidal layer of soil, the layer finds itself on the tilted guide plate. The layer is broken against the rib of the plate, and it is directed to the left and to the right to form a triangular furrow.
