FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of the manual tool for carrying out works on care of plants (weeding, loosening the soil) both in private subsidiary farming and works on urban garden and in agriculture. The tool comprises a shank, a blade, on both sides of which the skids-limiters are located. The housing of the device is made U-shaped, on the sides of which the skids-limiters of round shape are mounted by means of bolted connection with the ability to change the position in the vertical plane. Inside the housing, along its middle part by means of the threaded connection the U-shaped bracket is fixed. Inside the bracket the rack with two-sided cutting blade is hingedly mounted, as well as a control device in the form of a plate with a trapezoidal cut, on opposite sides with respect to which the bolted threaded connections are made.

EFFECT: functional capabilities of the tool are expanded, the physical efforts in soil treatment are reduced, the productivity is increased, and the operating conditions are improved.
