FIELD: powder metallurgy and physical chemistry of reactions and alloys in particular and is used for production of composition materials, that has stable phases with increased physical and mechanical characteristics based on rendering amorphous alloys. SUBSTANCE: increase of characteristics is realized due to self-alloying, formation of molecular complexes, conjugations of gauzes of tightly packed phases caused by deformation-stimulation coherent transitions into structure with nearest order of hexagonal tightly packed martensite phase. Required level of deformation is achieved by action of high pressure and shift deformation or using powder comminution with set of total deformation degree exceeding critical one. In case of decreased levels of deformation additional heating over temperature of volumetric deficit quasi-polymorphous transition in the structure is required. Examples of method usage for alloys systems "metal - metal" and "metal - metalloid" are given. As a version the method is used in ecological programs during utilization of wastes of several works.
