SUBSTANCE: perichondrium fragment is adjusted by a form, area and thickness to defect replaced recovering it and fixing with unresolved thread from two opposite sides by one-knot suture via four osseous openings with a knot outside articular surface. Movements should be started from the first day after operation. EFFECT: improved transplant fixation and development of full-value cartilage.
