SUBSTANCE: method includes tight introduction into defect of autotransplant, filling of cartilaginous defect with perichondrium graft which is adjusted in shape and size with those of defect, fixing with unresolving threads from two sides with single-knot suture through three perosseous holes in bed with knot location out of friction articular surfaces. Threads are sunk below the level of surrounding articular cartilage that makes it possible to form normal articular surface with full-value cartilage. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 dwg
