FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two circular rows of forming members differing in their forming capacity. The members are separated with grooves communicating with common central cavity, connected with the base and oriented in opposite directions with their end face surfaces along the central cavity axis pointing to the action area. Members of the device have various forms and protrusions and/or recesses can be optionally manufactured on every of their surfaces. They are oriented along the cavity axis and can belong to two or more concentric surfaces. The forming members can have working surfaces on both end faces, their base being manufactured as carcass.
