FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical retractors and retractors used during surgery to shift and fix the anatomical structures of the surgical wound in a predetermined position with access to the operated area of the patient's body. The invention can be used in spinal neurosurgery when performing operations on the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine using the posterior approach. A set of removable grips for a surgical retractor intended for operations on the spine includes at least one central two-pronged removable grip; at least one peripheral two-pronged removable grip configured to accommodate a central two-toothed removable grip between its teeth; at least one central single-tooth removable grip, where the central two-tooth removable grip is made in the form of an L-shaped curved part containing a base equipped with a means of fixation in a surgical retractor and a recess for holding microsurgical instruments, and a pair of teeth for holding anatomical structures, while the teeth made in the form of profiled plates with a broadening in the working area to ensure contact with the anatomical structures formed by protruding platforms located at least in the lower part of the teeth in the plane of the plate from the side of its inner and/or outer end edge, while the teeth are located under angle to the base plane less than 90° with a gap between the teeth for holding microsurgical instruments.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to provide an increase in the working space with an increase in the freedom of manipulation of surgical instruments with access to the lateral sections of the operated structure during the surgical intervention without increasing the wound incision.
