FIELD: production of protective and decorative coatings. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains (mass parts): epoxy diane resin (its epoxy number being 22) 100, aminophenol hardening agent 26-34, flotation agent 8-15, titanium dioxide 30-50, dibutylphthalate 3-5, chalk 70-110, block copolymer of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide 3-5, mixture of ethylacetate, butyl cellosolve, xylene and acetone 80-120, chloropolyol aliphatic resin (its epoxy number is 6-8 and average molecular weight is 2000) 10-18. Mixture of reamination of mixture of 2- and 2,6-bis(dimethylaminoimethyl)phenols by mixture of diethylenetriamine, triethylene tetramine and N, $$$-aminoethylpiperazine is used as said aminophenol hardening agent. Mixture of ethylacetate, butyl cellosolve, xylene and acetone at their mass ratio (5-9):1:(5-9):1 respectively is used as organic solvent. EFFECT: increases adhesion and elasticity of coatings. 1 tbl
