SUBSTANCE: composition comprises, wt. p. : polyvinyl chloride, 100; chloroparaffine, 9-11; zinc oxide, 1.2-4.8; urea, 0.2-0.3; chalk, 40-48; stabilizing agent, 1.2-1.6; pigment, 1.6-4.8; peptising agent, 80-82. Product on the base of mixture of dioxane alcohols and their high boiling ethers (having flash point 130-140 C) which is prepared by distillation of light fraction (with boiling point 115-160 C) of oxal which takes place at 5-10 mm Hg being used as peptising agent.
