FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this is for layer-by-layer mining of outburst-dangerous sections of potassium seams by way of long stopes with using hydraulically mechanized complexes. In the course of approaching a dangerous zone, thickness of mined strip is increased 1.5-2 times by dipping in seam bed towards cutting face center, and prior to exploding, added to initiating cut are several blast holes with direction towards dangerous zone for complete crossing of layer later to be mined by lower longwall.
