FIELD: metallurgy, namely, production of fibers of different metals and alloys by melt extraction process. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is provided with double-arm lever whose one end supports on horizontal axle disc-type crystallizer and whose other end supports counterweight. Bearing point of lever is jointly connected with housing of apparatus. Counterweight is provided with drive unit for moving it along said lever.
