FIELD: machining. SUBSTANCE: device includes base 1 that carries rotatable table 2 provided with a pressing device. Cam-plate 3 with base cut 4 and plate 5 to be machined are mounted on rotatable table 2 one above the other. Servo roller 7 interacting with the side surface of cam-plate 3 and shaped rotatable tool 8 for machining plate 5 are axially alined and mounted on lever 6. The device is also provided with a unit for positioning plate 5 to be machined which is made up as two cylinders 10 and 11 and pushers 12 and 13 which are secured to the base and shifted with respect to the axis of rotation of the table. Pusher 12 has flat vertical surface 14 to interact with base cuts 4 and 15, respectively, cam-plate and plate to be machined and connected with cylinder 10 via pivot 16. Other pusher 13 is rigidly connected to cylinder 11. Cam-plate 3 is provided with segment recesses 17 and end face recesses wherein shaping members 18 are received. Each shaping member is made up as a segment, cylindrical surface 19 of which is coaxial to the cam-plate. The diameter of the side surface of the segment is equal to the diameter of the cam-plate. Servo roller 7 is mounted for permitting interaction with the cylindrical surface of the segment of the shaping member and side surface of cam-plate 3. In machining servo roller 7 rolls over the surface of cam-plate 3, plate 5 being machined by means of tool 8. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 1 dwg
