FIELD: antifriction coatings. SUBSTANCE: composition has, %: 50-65%-th aqueous suspension of polytetrafluoroethylene 10.0-27.6; polyamido acid salt based on pyromellite anhydride and 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether in medium of dimethylformamide and monoethanolamine 26-42; polyvinylpyrrolidone at molecular mass (90-145) x 103 1.0-4.3; filling agent 1-7; organic solvent - a mixture of butynediole, N-methylpyrrolidone and ethylcellosolve at ratio (3: 1: 5) 6.3-11.7; dressing addition - a mixture of ethylcellosolve, xylene, hydroxyethylated alkylphenol and water at ratio 1.0:2.0:2.0:2.5:7.0-1-61%; nonionogenic surface-active substance 0.5-2.8, and water - the rest. Polyamido acid salt and organic solvent were stirred in reactor with mixer for 10-15 min, filling agent and dressing addition were added, stirred for 30 min, then polytetrafluoroethylene suspension, polyvinylpyrrolidone, surface-active substance and water were added at stirring, stirred and filtered. Properties: wear-resistance of coating after loading is 0.75-1.0 mcm after 20 cycles; 2.25-2.5 mcm after 100 cycles; 2.8-3.5 mcm after 500 cycles; friction coefficient at loading 0.008-0.1 mcm (20 cycles); 0.06-0.075 mcm (100 cycles); 0.03-0.045 mcm (500 cycles); coating area on iron retained parent state after 18 months exploitation is 98%.
