FIELD: polymers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions based on high-molecular polymers for their application as thin-layer coatings on metal products that can withstand high temperatures, loads, vibration and can be used in the chemical, engineering, oil, aviation industries. Composition for heat-resistant anti-friction solid lubricant coatings, including a solution of a salt of polyamic acid from solid fibres from polyimide varnish, an aqueous mica paste, an aqueous carbon black paste, a mixture of solvents. The composition also includes impiron with molecular weight of (500-1000)×103, an ethoxylated alkylphenol modifying composition containing an organosilicon varnish based on polymethylsiloxane in toluene, and polymethylphenylsiloxane, finished with a mixture containing impiron, ethyl cellosolve, orthoxylene, ethoxylated alkylphenol and water, a paste based on molybdenum disulphide, consisting of 20% molybdenum disulphide and 80% of a lubricant mixture, or a chromium III oxide paste consisting of 36.5% chromium oxide and 64.5% of a lubricant mixture, a mixture of solvents from N-methylpyrrolidone, ethyl cellosolve, 1,4-butynediol or ethanol, while polyamic acid salt solution from solid polyamide acid in the form of fibres, obtained from industrial polyimide varnish with a concentration of 17.3-18.5%. A method for applying a composition for heat-resistant anti-friction solid lubricant coatings is also described.
