FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of composite materials for lining coatings for non-stick, aggressive medium-resistant and wear-resistant purposes, which can be used in components, equipment and articles used, for example, in the food industry (kitchen utensils, baking-tins etc), ship-building, aviation, chemical industry and mechanical engineering. The lining coating compositions contain as a base a fluoroplastic suspension coupled with fine interference pigments based on calcium and aluminium borosilicates, coated with a protective layer of silicon dioxide and titanium oxide in rutile form, with particle size of 10-300 mcm, as well as pigments based on natural muscovite mica or synthetic mica, coated with titanium dioxide (particle size of 5-40 mcm), and different target additives. The pigments used are treated with mixtures of oxyethylated alkylphenol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, water or additionally contain oleic acid, glycerine and butanediol.
EFFECT: obtaining compositions which widen the colour range of fluoroplastic-containing lining coatings, increase resistance of the obtained coatings to wear, while maintaining physical and mechanical properties of coatings deposited on metal surfaces on an undercoat, such as adhesion, impact resistance, thermal shock resistance, salt fog resistance and resistance to a marine climate.
