SUBSTANCE: heat exchange panel has body made from tightly fastened profiled sheets forming passages for heat transfer agent and header chambers connected respectively to supply and discharge branch pipes; inserts provided in header chambers in zone of connection of branch pipes; insert have holes which are coaxial with holes in heat transfer agent branch pipe; inserts are made in the form of flat washers. One profiled sheet is provided with recess to receive insert; outline of this recess copies outline of insert; extrusion for passage of heat transfer agent is provided in other sheet opposite recess; width of extrusion is less than width of recess for insert.
