FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: slot heat exchanger is formed by two metal sheets contacting along lines of nonzero width and connected by contact welding, with a common tight external circuit, besides, at least in one of sheets there are figured slots arranged, which form slot channels in the space between sheets, communicating between each other along their entire length via many windows. Figured slots also form a system of partitions forming a flow of a coolant or a refrigerating fluid in the space between sheets. Each partition adjoins by not more than one end to the outer circuit. Length of partitions is more than length of windows. In the sheets there are holes arranged to supply and drain a coolant or a refrigerating fluid, communicating with slot channels. The substantial difference of the invention from available structures consists in the fact that the length of each line of contact of sheets is more than its width, besides, all lines of sheets contact, including an outer tight circuit, are arranged in one plane.
EFFECT: improved strength and reliability of heat exchanger design.
