FIELD: individual protection facilities. SUBSTANCE: protective set uses an armored jacket with chest (1) and back (2) sections and a neck-shoulder cover plate with fastening facilities, for example, in the form of waist-belt 20 and adjustable belts 21. Each section of the armored jacket has at least one armor plate, fully or partially (on the periphery) covered with ballistic cloth, which reduces the local impact action on the protected surface. The neck-shoulder cover plate has collar 14 consisting of several parts connected through flexible links to coquette 15, which prevents a body injury when the striking element hits collar 14. The armored jacket back section may have projecting side parts furnished with pockets for placement of armor members and fastened on the waist, and the armored jacket may be furnished with a waist-belt. Both the armored jacket and the neck-shoulder cover plate may be used not only in the protective set, but separately. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 21 cl, 3 dwg
