ARRANGEMENT FOR IRRADIATION OF FILM Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: polymer track membranes. SUBSTANCE: chamber of arrangement is provided with two mobile, disposed one in another, outer and inner frames and with additional guide rolls. Pivot shafts of the two frames are perpendicular to each other, that of outer frame being secured in chamber body parallel to chamber window plane. Pivot shaft of inner frame is located in front of the chamber window and secured to outer frame. Guide rolls are mounted on inner frame in parallel to its pivot shaft. Bobbin shafts and those of drive and clamp rolls are fastened to the outer frame. Inner frame is placed between the chamber window and film irradiation quality control sensors. Pivot shafts of drive rolls are located at certain distance to outer frame plane. Arrangement makes possible irradiation of film under different spatially oriented angles. EFFECT: increased sterilizing capability of track film and its strength. 6 cl, 1 dwg
