FIELD: oil industry. SUBSTANCE: unit has actuating cylinder the rod of which is connected with a column of pump rods, actuating pump, distributing device, and pressure converter made up as a piston cylinder. The unit is also provided with an hydraulic accumulator and auxiliary plunger cylinder the plunger of which is coupled with the rod of the piston cylinder. The above- piston space of the cylinder is hydraulically connected with the actuating cylinder when the distributing device is in the first position and with a filling tank when it is in the second position. The under-piston space of the cylinder is in communication with the delivery pipe line at one position of the distributing device. The pipe line constantly connects the actuating pump with the space of the auxiliary plunger cylinder and hydraulic accumulator. In the other position of the distributing device the under-piston space is in communication with the filling tank. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 1 dwg
