FIELD: medical engineering, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: body of implant has at its distal end annular recess adapted to receive proximal aligning collar formed in upper part of spacer bushing which has at least one shaped recess. Aligning collar has correspondingly shaped recesses. Inner opening in upper part of spacer bushing has stopping shoulder, shape of which corresponds to shape of annular shoulder in lower part of bushing. Dimensions of mating surfaces are agreement. Implant is intended for use in stationary dental prosthesis. EFFECT: implant provides reliable protection against spontaneous turning-through relative to prosthesis body by simple structural means. 8 cl, 8 dwg
