FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has fastening head and fastening members having metal rod of the implant screwed together with base for fitting detachable tooth that is removable, when needed. The device also has thrust metal bushing provided with aligning belt and screwed in into the open end of the base and also adjoining with its rib the upper edge of the base. The implant rod is screwed in into the bushing. The thrust bushing has lower part 2 screwed in into the base 1 by means of external functional thread 6 and provided with rib 4 for pressing base 1 against the upper rib, and upper part 3 being ring-shaped nut that can be screwed with its internal counterthread which pitch is considerably smaller than that of functional thread 6, over the corresponding outer thread near the upper edge of lower part 2 of the thrust bushing. Members 8 and 9 for introducing instrument are provided on the upper end faces of lower and upper parts 2 and 3 of the thrust bushing to protect lower part 2 of the thrust bushing against slipping after its being screwed in into base 1 and against slipping of the upper part 3 of the thrust bushing relative to lower part 2 under the influence of rib 4 pressed against upper edge of base 1.
