FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical base insertable into an opening made in jaw bone. The base has dead opening in the direction of dental crown, thrust bushing attachable to crown end face edge with fixation protecting from cranking. The bushing has centering belt insertable into the dead opening of the base, implant pin passing through internal bore in the thrust bushing, connection unit for fixing the thrust bushing on the base with fixation member protecting against cranking, and fastening head for the dental prosthesis. The fastening head is formed in the direction of dental crown with hollow end zone of the thrust bushing. Pin end is directed towards dental crown of the implant and placed under the end zone where insertable nut is positioned. The nut has a penetrating threaded hole passing in perpendicular to the longitudinal medial axis of the thrust bushing. Fixing screw is screwed into it for fixing the dental prosthesis. The screw passes through an opening made in the peripheral wall of the end zone. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in introducing the thrust bushing into the base. 17 cl, 8 dwg
