FIELD: medicine, dermatology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: method involves psoberan inclusion in carrier - base containing chicken fat liquid fraction, the melted emulsifier N 1 - a mixture of whale fat high-molecular alcohol sulfoester sodium salts and free saturated alcohols, nipagin, nipasol. Psoberan is dissolved preliminary in polyethylene oxide at 40-60 C and then mixed with the prepared base and water at 63-68 C. Use of psoberan ointment provides the increased absorption of the end product and increase of agent therapeutic effectiveness. Agent is used for skin diseases treatment.
