SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises following steps of: providing epiploic bag with drainage pipe; abominating pancreas portion that is distal to ruptured area along upper and lower edges, and providing two through-going two-aperture irrigators-aspirators, namely: one along lower edge of pancreas, other - behind it. EFFECT: prevention of development of retroperitoneal phlegmon.
