FIELD: gynecologic and proctological practice under clinical and ambulatory conditions. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises optical radiation scorcher made in form of laser and/or array of light-emitting diodes accommodated in hollow tubular casing made at least partially, at optical radiation exit end, of optically transparent material. Additionally, hollow casing may carry permanent magnet and/or heating element. Optical radiation source, permanent magnet and additional heating element may be provided, respectively, with optical diaphragm and magnetic reflecting screens. Outer surface of casing carries circular collar with locking member. Casing itself and collar have, respectively, linear and angular scales. Electric circuitry of apparatus comprises control unit for controlling operation of both laser and each individual light-emitting diode. Apparatus comprises mechanism for angular turning of optical radiator around longitudinal axis of casing which may be made replaceable or in form of expendable head piece. EFFECT: effective laser treatment of inflammation foci in internal organs. 9 cl, 8 dwg
