FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has head of optical radiator, power system, unit for controlling operation of optical radiation, set of removable diaphragms, which differ in shapes and sizes of pupils. Removable diaphragm is made in form of continuous partition, which is optically transparent in the operation range of radiator in the zone if its pupil, for example, in form of disposable checker, provided with antiseptic covering, applied onto external surface of the checker. Device may be provided with concave reflector, mounted at the output of the optical radiator head ahead the removable diaphragm; reflector is turned with its concave surface to diaphragm. Surface of the diaphragm, being non-transparent for optical radiation, is turned to reflector and covered with layer, reflecting radiation. Device may be provided with a magnet, which embraces radiation flux, to mate actions of laser radiation and magnetic field onto patient. Device may also has head of phonendoscope, provided with plug, mounted in the channel for connecting ear-trumpets. Zones of action of optical radiation are localized, that results to reduced periods of cure. Convenience of exploitation may be improved due to sanitary protection of optical system of optical radiator head. There is good contact of diaphragm with biological tissue in the device. EFFECT: improved efficiency; improved convenience of operation; reduced losses of radiation. 7 cl, 3 dwg
