FIELD: medical technology, particularly, non-medicinal treatment of functional insufficiency of respiratory system. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical case forming hollow chamber, with lower part of case having adjacent body transforming into mouthpiece-airpipe; within chamber there are fixed saddle with hole intended for steel ball location, as well as movable rod with handle and perforated disk, attached to opposite ends of rod; sliding piston is installed on rod and jointed with disk by return spring; side wall of case has longitudinal slit with scale, calibrated in liter/min, flag-pointer moves along scale as a result of piston displacement; when patient expires air through mouthpiece-airpipe, ball oscillates and causes vibrational action on bronchi and lung, which in turn ensures favorable treatment effect; when rod is drawn off, ball moves to fixative mechanism, herein full inspiration and forced expiration are done through mouthpiece, as a result piston and flag-pointer move to another position, and peak value of expired air volume is indicated on scale, allowing to control functional state of broncholung apparatus.
