FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices promoting breathing in the patients suffering pulmonary parenchyma pathologies, e.g. chronic obstructive bronchial pneumonia (COBP), and particularly to a device for non-invasive evacuation of bronchial-pulmonary discharge in the poorly expectorating patients. The bronchial-pulmonary discharge evacuation device comprises an air pipe, an expansion chamber, expired air accelerators, a gas jet supply into the expansion chamber, a flow sensor and a control unit. The air pipe can be connected to the patient's airway. The expansion chamber has a first gas jet inlet hole, and at least a second hole to discharge the gas jet from the expansion chamber to be supplied to the air pipe. The expired air accelerator are formed by the gas jet supplied to the air pipe. The flow sensor is used to generate a positive signal is the expired air flow is found in the air pipe, or a negative signal, if the expired air flow is found. The control unit are designed for actuating the gas jet supply in response to the positive signal from the detector sensor, and de-activating the above assemblies in response to the negative signal.
EFFECT: device prevents the tracheal and pharyngeal irritation, reduces a risk of a respiratory wall collapse and maintains a normal respiratory rhythm specific for any treated patient.
