FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: flow of reactants is imparted rotary motion in centrifugal field with acceleration of at least 10000 m/sq. sec. Reactants are dispersed by impingement against leading edge of hollow intake member arranged in opposition to reactants flow, while, simultaneously, withdrawing reaction products through intake member cavity. Member body accommodates hollow rotor, reactants dispersing means, and reaction products discharge pipe. Reactants dispersing means is made in form of hollow intake member which is communicated with reaction products discharge pipe and has its inlet end disposed inside rotor, near its wall, in opposition to reactants flow. Discharge pipe has profiled end cut, cut plane extending at angle of at least 45 deg. with respect to normal section plane of intake member. EFFECT: invention is useful in carrying out general-purpose physico-chemical processes. 2 cl, 3 dwg
