Current supply contacts 13 are positioned in front of nozzle 2. Delivery airduct, which may be used as gas generator, has channels 15 introduced into working chamber cavity at an angle to nozzle adjacent to zone of exit of wires from channels. Bobbin and gas generator drives are electrically connected with actuating mechanism positioned in handle 4, which is coupled with casing through hinge 6 and screw unit 24.
