FIELD: mining and construction industry; applicable in cutting, separation and treatment of natural and artificial minerals and composite materials by acting on material structure by thermodynamic jet of working agent, mainly, in the form of gas or steam-gas mixture flowing from working member. SUBSTANCE: device (cutter) has mobile layout diagram and design of module original blocks and units, where main blocks include working agent formation chamber, block supplying initial fuel components, chamber of cooling and conversion of coolant into working medium, working attachment with shaped working member having nozzles for passing the working agent and formed working medium directed onto material, and organizing carrying out of material treated section. Cutter has organic equipment including fuel-containing vessels and equipment and equipment for connection of components and regulation of supply of fuel components to chamber of their consumption.
